Contractors can create a profile and review opportunities on the platform for free. To manage a project on the platform, contractors pay a per-project fee of $499.
When a new project is posted we match off a number of different criteria to ensure it's a good fit for both you and the homeowner. We look to connect contractors to homeowners quickly and encourage you to follow up promptly when matched.
Yes. Many contractors use Jenny as a project management tool with current clients to improve communication and documentation.

Contractors receive clear project information, including scope, budget, and timelines. Once you indicate interest, we help connect you with the homeowner. Only after that do you submit a formal bid.
